If you don’t take action
Annual Enrollment is November 1-15, 2024. If you don’t make any updates to your elections this time around, your next chance to make changes is the enrollment period for 2026 or through a qualifying life event.

HSA limits increase for 2025
When you enroll in the HDHP Saver Plan, you can contribute pretax dollars via payroll deductions to a health savings account (HSA) to pay for eligible health care expenses. The good news is Klaviyo contributes too!
The maximum amount you can contribute to your HSA is increasing for 2025. Keep in mind that this IRS limit includes both your contributions and Klaviyo’s.
- Individual: $4,300 for employee-only coverage
- Family: $8,550 for two-person or family coverage
- Additional: If you’ll be 55 or older by December 31, 2025, you can save an added $1,000 in catch-up contributions
Reenroll to keep your FSA in 2025
You’ll need to reenroll to contribute to a flexible spending account (FSA) in 2025. Your 2024 elections will not roll over.
Contribution limits for 2025:
- $3,200 (2024 IRS limit***) to a health care or limited purpose FSA
- $5,000 to a dependent care FSA (or $2,500 if you’re married and file taxes separately)
Be sure to estimate your 2025 expenses carefully. You can carry over $640 of your health care or limited purpose FSA funds from 2024 to 2025—the rest will be forfeited. You cannot carry over any unused funds in your dependent care FSA.
*** The IRS limit for 2025 for the health care FSA has not been released.
Life, AD&D, and disability plan updates
The short-term disability plan replaces 60% of your pay if you must be out of work due to an illness, injury, medical emergency, surgery or childbirth. Starting next year, the plan will cover your pay for a longer period, up to 26 weeks (up to a $2,500 per week maximum).
Note: This change does not impact anyone that currently has a claim with Prudential. If you become disabled on or prior to December 31, 2024, then you should proceed to file your claim with Prudential. If you become disabled on or after January 1, 2025, then you will need to file your claim with Reliance Matrix.
