Ready to enroll?

Annual Enrollment is November 1–15, 2024. This is your one opportunity, outside of experiencing a qualifying life event, to enroll in or update your benefits elections, add or remove a dependent, elect an FSA, and more for 2025. Make sure to consider the year ahead for any major life changes, so you can feel most confident when choosing the plans that best work for you and your needs.

How to enroll

Follow these steps to enroll in your benefits:

Log in to Workday via Okta.

There should be an event in your Workday inbox titled Open Enrollment Change: Your Name on 1/1/2025. Select this event.

Click on the orange Let’s Get Started button.

Step 6

You’ll be presented with each benefit line that you are eligible to enroll in. Click the Enroll button at the bottom of each tile to make your elections, add dependents, and review your selections. If you’re already enrolled in a plan, the tile will say Manage instead of Enroll. Both paths are the same.

Step 5
After selecting the Enroll button beneath each tile and select a plan, click Confirm and Continue. You’ll then have the option to add your dependents by selecting Add New Dependent. You’re able to add a new dependent, existing beneficiary, or emergency contact.

Note: If you decide to switch medical plans for 2025, know that your dependents do not carry over from your previous selection. To keep your preferred dependents covered next year, remember to re-add them to your new plan selection.

Step 6

If you’d like to enroll in an FSA plan (health care, limited purpose, or dependent care), you’ll need to do so via this Annual Enrollment event in those tiles directly.

Step 7

Ensure that you select Manage on the Basic Life and AD&D tile so that you can add your beneficiaries.

Once everything looks good, select Review and Sign at the bottom of the main event page.

Review your Selected and Waived benefits to ensure that you have all plans and applicable dependents enrolled. Pay close attention to the Waived benefits section to ensure that you didn’t mistakenly drop something you intended to be enrolled in.

Review the Legal Notice at the bottom of the View Summary page and check off the acknowledgment box.

Select Submit.

That’s it. You’re done! Now just review your benefits summary for the year and download it for your records.

NOTE: If you decide that you’d like to make changes to your Annual Enrollment elections while still within the Annual Enrollment window, you can do so by navigating to Workday home page > View all apps > Benefits and Pay > Change Open Enrollment.

If you don’t take action

The benefits and dependent coverage you selected for 2024 will carry forward to 2025, except for your flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Account (HSA). You must reenroll every year to participate in an FSA and HSA. Changes made during Annual Enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2025.

Complete the Edit Government IDs in order for the New Hire Benefits event to appear.

The event will be titled “Change Benefits for Life Event.”

Once you submit your New Hire event, the Annual Enrollment event will appear for you to make any election adjustments for the 2025 plan year. Note that elections made via your new hire event are effective on your date of hire, and elections made via the Annual Enrollment event are effective January 1, 2025. If you don’t need to make any changes for the new year, then no action is needed on the AE event (unless you’d like an FSA in 2025).

Then follow steps 2 through 11 under How to enroll above to finish enrolling in your benefits.

Remember, your deadline to enroll is 30 days from your hire date.

NOTE: After submitting your New Hire elections, you can make changes as long as you’re within the 30-day time frame. If this is the case, please reach out to HR@klaviyo.com, and let them know about the required change so that they can assist.
