How to enroll

When you enroll you will have the opportunity to make your elections for all your medical, dental, and vision coverages as well as decide to contribute to a flexible spending account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Ready to enroll?

Whether you’re a new hire choosing Klaviyo benefits for the first time, experienced a qualifying life event and have some changes to make, or looking for the next Open Enrollment, we’ve got the tools here to make sure it is a seamless and straightforward process. Changes cannot be made to your selections once your enrollment window closes.

Log into Workday via Okta.

Step 2

First, you’ll need to complete the Edit Government IDs in order for the New Hire Benefits event to appear.

Step 3

Before making your elections, ensure you’ve gone through this New Hire benefits course first.

Step 4

The event will be titled Change Benefits for Life Event.

Step 5

Click on the orange Let’s Get Started button.

Step 6

You’ll be presented with each benefit line you are eligible to enroll in. Click the Enroll button at the bottom of each tile to make your elections, add dependents, and review your selections.

Step 7

After selecting the Enroll button underneath each tile, and selecting a plan, hit Confirm and Continue. You’ll then have the option to add your dependents by selecting the Add New Dependent.

Step 8

Ensure you select Manage on the Basic Life and AD&D tile so that you can add your beneficiaries.

Step 9

Once everything looks good, select Review and Sign at the bottom of the main event page.

Step 10

Review your Selected and Waived benefits to ensure you have all plans and applicable dependents enrolled.

Step 11

Review the Legal Notice at the bottom of the View Summary page and check off the acknowledgement box.

Step 12

Select Submit.

Step 13

You’re done! Now just review your benefits summary for the year, and we recommend downloading to a pdf for your own records.

Your deadline to enroll is 30 days from your hire date.

NOTE: After submitting your New Hire elections, you can make changes as long as you’re within the 30-day time frame. If this is the case, please reach out to and let them know the required change so that they can assist.


U.S.-based Klaviyos working 30+ hours per week are eligible for company benefits on the first day of employment. You can also enroll your eligible dependents, including your:

  • Spouse or domestic partner
  • Children up to age 26

After you enroll

After you enroll via Workday, you’ll have the option to download a confirmation statement that lists your benefit selections. Be sure to review it, and contact if anything looks incorrect.

Qualifying life event

If you experience a qualifying life event, (as defined by the IRS), such as getting married or divorced, turning 26, having or adopting a child, or gaining or losing other coverage for yourself or a dependent, you are eligible to make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event through the Workday Benefits module. Navigate to the Home Page > Benefits icon > Change column > Benefits radio button.
